Whats going on

Cell C<br> On the 5/6/15 I purchased R70.00 worth of air time. Reference no *** and have sent bank statement showing purchase. The above mentioned (Patrick Mphuti ) that he had tried to make contact with myself but no luck. I have not received a missed call only a email (1) then nothing. I have emailed Patrick but nothing it as if he died. Please can you ask someone that knows about customer service to please give me a call and that has the ability to solve my problem.<br> Shaun<br>
