WHATS APP DOWNLOAD ON NOKIA LUMIA 430 DUAL SIM

After 3 months of running around and being pushed from pillar to post, on 09/12 I sent my complaint via Hello Peter. Lungi from Cell C had contacted me and advised that I once again to go the Galleria Branch to see the Microsoft Rep. I did go on 11/12/15 and I was told to wait as he is very busy. Not a problem, but when I returned an hour later I, was told the same. Due to work commitments, I could not wait any longer. After 5 failed attempts to Galleria, numerous calls to Cell C technical dept and Whats App, I now have a phone which cannot be utilised to its full potential. The running around that I have done is now equivalent to the value of this handset. I cannot afford to continuously take time off from work and not to forget the fuel costs involved after every failed attempt to Galleria. I seriously think that Cell C needs to replace this handset with another. There is a technical problem on this phone which Cell C fails to sort out and I must endure the hardship of trying to sort it out. This phone is brand new and I have not even had the opportunity to use it as yet. Very disappointed.
