WHATS APP DOWNLOAD ON NOKIA LUMIA 430 DUAL SIM

Since October I failed to get any assistance from Cell C regarding the download of Whats App on my Nokia Lumia 430 Dual Sim. Endless calls were made to customer service and technical department. All they advised was to delete and re-install Whats app which was done umpteen times. Have been to the Galleria branch many times as well and eventually they took the phone in for a software upgrade. Received the phone after three weeks and the problem was not solved. Upon follow-up with the repair centre, my husband was informed that the Galleria branch had not indicated exactly what the problem was. Such poor communication. Now we are advised to wait for the rep who specialises in Microsoft to assist further. We have already been to Galleria previously to see him but he was not available. We left our contact details but we were never contacted. This is the third month I have not being able to use this phone and not to forget the cost and inconvenience involved going to Galleria and back trying to sort out this phone.Had eventually requested that Cell C change this phone but they refused. Absolutely disappointed with Cell C customer service!!!
