whats app bundle expired with no notification what soever

whats app bundle expired with no notification what so ever when i called the customer services they were not helpful at all after being passed around i spoke to the an agent Ntlantla Dlamini who said team leader Nako Tjantje will call me back he never did I then called and spoke to another team leader Norman Liwanda who was aslo not helpfull claiming that they sent sms which i have never recived this so called sms was apparently sent mid month with is disgusting and unprofessional it should have been done at the begining of the bundle i am extremely disgusted with their service after being a loyal customer to this company for so many years and this is how they treat us.Sad for days
