what you are promised is not what you get

I got a call on 22/06/15from a sales person Blaine Peterson from CellDirect Upgrades(sales company contracted to CellC).She sold me a contract upgrade to the Samsung S6 WITH A WIRELESS charger.I was promised I would take delivery of the phone by 25/06/15. low & behold, it was only delivered 1week later 02/07/15 after a call from me to enquire. Better yet, there was NO WIRELESS CHARGER. I called the call centre ,got sent from pillar to post , managing to get s****s of information from the +-6consultants I spoke to. Finally got a case no: ***.was told I will get feedback by 07/07/15. NO response to date. l called this morning, only to be told my case was for \wrong handset delivered". Did they not understand"
