What Will Solve Cell C and Its Million Complaints of ***** is Taking Them To Court And Make Them Pay For All Damages Caused! I am Fed Up!

<p>19 April 2016 I received a call from Cell C telling me I owed them R21 000 for 5(FIVE) cellphone contracts that were purchased in my names. I confimed that I knew nothing about those contracts and immediately left work and went to the Pretoria North Police Station to make an Affdavit clearly stating that I do not have cellphone contracts with Cell C.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following day which was on the 20 April 2016 I sent Cell a copy of my Affidavit and a Certified Copy of My ID. After that day I have struggled dearly to get the rifgt person to assist me, I was transfered to different people each and every day I called, I was sometimes transfered to lines that were forever not available, I struggeld dearly to speak to Management all I could speak to were call centre agents who didn't even have an idea on how to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>4 (FOUR) Months later after I have stuggled for months to find out what is happening with the investigation they finally sent me an e-mail confirmation of the investigation being done and that it was ***** and I do not owe Cell C any money on the very same letter they wrote "Cell C would request the Credit Bureas to amend their database and remove it form my credit record" of which by law it is their responsibility to make sure they communicate with all credit Bureas to remove the listing from my credit report and on their confirmation they sated that it would take 7(SEVEN) working days it is a YEAR Later and Cell C's Credit is still open on my Credit Report.</p> <p> </p> <p>Because of Cell C's negligence to this matter I have suffered dearly, I was denied oppertunities of Employment as they check my credit report and they see the Cell C credit, I am Harrased by Loaners to help me settle my Credits of which I am not Liable for. I can't even apply for Credit anywhere, I Can't even get a Clothing account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a call today (21 April 2017), spoke to the Lady who sent me the Confirmation Letter that I am not Owing Cell C, she took my number down and told me she will give me a call back. I am giving Cell C 14 Days to attend to my matter and clear my name on all the Credit Bureaus, if by 14 Days nothing has changed and I haven't received a call or an e-mail from Cell C confirming the above-mentioned they they leave me mo choice but to go the Legal Route with them. I am not the only Victim who complains about Cell C and ***** cases I am a Law Graduate and Work at the Law Firm, I know my rights and this is absolute Nonsense, Negligence and Failer of Cell C to carry out their work. Cell C has cost me dearly and I have a bad name because of them. And how the Hell do you give an individual 5 contracts without even having a clear Identification of that person?? Only Cell C knows.</p> <p> </p>
