What the hell- CELL C is a nightmare

Last month a lady from new business called me, her name is Busiswa Finisa. I have two contracts with Cell c and wanted to add another contract to my profile.

The lady advised, at that point my scoring was abit low and they couldnt process my application, she will follow up with me a month later to see if i qualify for another contract to be added to my profile.

She called me on Thursday the 09/03/2018, did everything for me telephonically. I went through all the ITC verifications and advised all is approved. She asked me if i wanted the same cellphones i initially a[pp**** for and i told her thats fine wioth me she can go ahead.

I got SMS' on my phone as she was doing the application to say the contract is almost approved, then they sent me a OTP and then finally i got another SMS to say the order was approved with an SPI reference number attached.

This morning i received another SMS from RAM with a tracking number. When i went on their website, to my horror it notes : " Parcel returned to sender" ***** application

How the hell is this ***** or what is going on???

I emailed Busiswa because never in my life has this ever happened and now i see *****? what is ********** about sending original documents, receiving a call from 084140 to add an additional contract to my profile and then going through the process as per i did with my other two contracts??

I WANT ANSWERS AND I WANT THEM NOW- Rectify this because im feeling anxious and horrified.,

I called everyone i possibily can in cell c and nobody can help me

i want to know what is going on and i want to know now because this seems very ******** which im far from. I DEMAND ANSWERS
