What the hell?!
<p>So....I just went to the Cell C shop in Musgrave Centre, Durban to upsize my contract. Stood there for a while and waited for a consultant to finish. The first consultant grabs his little lunch box and leaves the store....fine, you are hungry, I get it, but leaves me standing like a lost ****. I was the only customer not attended to at this point. The second consultant finished and her customers walk away.....MY TURN.........NOT!!!! A second customer walks in and she politely just ignores me standing there and attends to the second customer....WTH??? Totally unacceptable. Send these people on training or something because they have no clue how to treat customers and they will be the reason the a serivce provider loses customers.</p>

We want all our customers to be given proper service and be treated with the respect they deserve. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied. This is not the norm or standard service we want for our customers.
This will be addressed with the store manager and the action to have this kind of behavior rectified will be taken. Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
