WHAT SERVICE @ cell c

After being ****** at knifepoint, I call Cell C to block the phone. They can suspend phone but not block as I pass all their security questions but I dont have my credit card on me and don't know the last 4 digits. I go to Cell C Pavillion to take another contract. Yes it was after 6:30PM. I am ably assisted by YUSUF and get a new contract but I also have a datacard that needed switch/moving to new contract. I'm told that I need to contact Cell C on 135 to finalise the SIM swop for the voice SIM. I call after 8pm, regret no-one available till 7am. Call 7am and their security requires security questions and I get the voice activated. Yay. Then the problem starts. I get put hrough from one to another department to sort out the data SIM (each time having to go through their security checks). No one could help. Get to the office and after some 45 minutes on the phone (each time being put through from one to another (and each time having to explain t he problem AND security questions still no data. With this I call Yusuf ********** 285 and he said he will come back to me. Still nothing. Called Cell C regional office in Durban(no reply) call head office ********** 000 rings till goes dead. Bottom line, if you or your business depends on communication, don't use Cell C. Still trying to get through to anyone at Cell C as I raise their non existent service.

Moses has been in contact with you to assist with this matter. He spoke with your son and advised him on a way forward.
