What platform is the right one to get assistance from
Some clarification needed as per reply sent on hellopeter see (https://www.hellopeter.com/cell-c/reviews/pathetic-service-**********-account-opened-on-my-name- ********** ) you stated at 09:43 that the client now came to the correct platform (being hellopeter) for his request and that he will be helped, this after he called your customer care lines numerous times without being helped or feedback given (I can relate to that experience). So should one rather use the hellopeter platform or the customer care number / emails what department is more capable to assist a client/enquiries?
