WHAT MUST I DO TO CANCEL MY CONTACT?????????????????????

I have been trying to cancel my contact for the past 2 weeks, I phoned in on the 4th to cancel, they said i must pay R283.50, which i did, then phone back in 3 days. I phoned on the 6th . they said i must pay another 218.13. i paid. phoned after 3 days, which was sunday they dont work. i phoned monday the lady said the contact is cancelled. I phoned in today to make triple sure it is cancelled. the guy, very nice guy that helped, said no it has not been cancelled, i ned to pay another R283.50 then phone in after 3 days to cancel???????? SO HOW MANY TIMES MUST I PAY AND PHONE IN TO CANCEL MY CONTACT??????????????????? I asked to have it cancelled because they keep debiting more on my account than what is supposed to be debited, then i pay more than what i am supposed to ???? so what did i pay the R501 for??????????????? to have another R524 debited from my account. so this month alone i paid over a R1000 for an account that is only supposed to be R284????????? WHAT MUST I DO DO CANCEL MY CONTACT
