what is the point of a data bundle then?

WHY does cell c keep on using my airtime for out of bundle data if I still have a valid data bundle. This happens every single time, I'm sick of it. They're quick to advertise their cheap bundles, but then just take your airtime at ridiculous prices. Cancelling our one contract this month and the other one as soon as it ends next year.
