WHAT IS THE POINT OF A CONTRACT AGGREMENT
I noticed for the past 2 months that my cell c bill is an extra R10. so i called this morning and queried it only to be told some **** story about increases and what not. what the hell did i sign a contract for for a fixed amount of R369 for 24 months if you guys now decide to increase things as u please. this is not on and to make matters worse the guy i spoke to tells me i must read what i sign!!! cell c is just ripping people off i will NEVER EVER renew my contract with you *******. as the consumer you should have advised me correctly when i signed coz i was obviously not going to sit in your store and read 50 pages of your contract. <br> <br> P.S I was never notified of this change either i wonder what the consumer protection act would say about this!
Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
Cell C made an effort to notify customers of the price changes via SMS, pop up messages on data devices, monthly invoices and on the Cell C website.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
