What is going on at CellC?

It feels to me that in the past month or two I had to resort to social media and Hellopeter on a weekly basis. I do not understand that a company that I was so happy with are falling apart like this!!!<br> <br> I ended my contract. From 7 January I am on Pay as you go. <br> I paid the outstanding final payment of R165 on the 16th of January after phoning and getting the correct amount that was outstanding. On the 25th I get debited for R165. I go to the bank and have them send back the payment. BECAUSE THE PAYMENT WAS DONE AND THE BALANCE IS ZERO.<br> Today another debit order for 165 was presented and taken. <br> I phone CellC and you tell me that I have a credit of R165 now.<br> <br> I do not have the energy to go to the bank yet again to stop the payment. I am paying bank charges to send it back. <br> When will the money that you have taken off my account (that is now in a credit balance with you) be paid back into by bank account?<br> <br> Why even submit a debit order if there is nothing outstanding? <br> <br>
