What is Cell C monthly pre-paid charges

I sent them a mail on 24th February querying the amount they deduct for my Pre-Paid contract which they deduct from the balance of monies remaining on my phone, they took R140-00 then I topped up with R150-00 and again they took off around R80-00. All I want to know from them after all these years that I have been paying is what amount are they supposed to deduct for the contract on a monthly basis and not just dependant on the balance of cash I have available when they deduct, I am now afraid to top up in case they take it again
