What Identification is approved

<p>WOW - you must really need clients or not!</p> <p>I attempted to take out a new contract 100 gig per month sim only 29/12/2016 @ mall at reds.</p> <p>Had all the paperwork, unfortunately i was ****** and my ID document, passport was ******, however i have a temporally ID from home affairs, a copy of my original ID document, my driver’s license. Stamped bank statements proof of residency.</p> <p>The sales consultant asked the store supervisor / manager which in return all is good.</p> <p>Security checks was conducted and passed, I then provided the OTP number which was sent to my cell phone to only find out I waited 20 minutes later that my documents were not sufficient.</p> <p>Was told sorry and happy new year.</p> <p>I have since received 6 OTP numbers stating tour Cell C contract is almost approved and supplying a number I need to call.</p> <p>SO I would like to know what is sufficient documentation – if home affairs original documents are not?</p> <p> </p>
