What has happened to Cell C?????

I have always promoted Cell C, but the last week with double debit orders going off causing bank charges and returning of debit orders for other accounts. Cell C was aware of the problem on Thursday last week, as it did not just happen to me, but when I spoke to someone today they informed me that management was meeting later today or tomorrow and the refund will be done within 7 working days....really so for 2 weeks they will sit with a large amount of their customers monies in the bank. On my other inquiry they could not help me after a call on Thursday last week and again two calls today.
