What happens to my Airtime?

So I purchased this Cell C sim card this trace thing they are promoting, however every time i recharge it takes my airtime when I buy data it goes within a minute I don't know how much I've lost since I've purchased this sim card honestly I think Cell C and MTN are the worst networks ever... This is just a bunch of ******s running this companies. Please advise am I getting this airtime back I'm sure if you check your systems you would see what you guys are doing to my airtime.
