WHAT HAPPENED TO POPIA..MY DETAILS ARE BEING TEMPERED WITH.....MY SAFETY?

I am suspecting that an employee of cell c is busy with my profile and as a customer I feel unsafe because your systems have my address and most of my personal details.

I called the call centre to find out if I can upgrade only to find that I couldn't be authenticated because apparently the details on the system did not correspond with what I was giving them. I was then transferred to customer if I remember correctly where I was told someone was on my profile on the 7th i think and on the 10th of February I was in a store accessing my details...I did not go to any cell c store on the 10th nor do I remember being in contact with cell c on those days. The agent I spoke to advised me that I need to go to a cell c store that's where I will find out as to who and which store opened my profile without my permission...I went to the store yesterday was asked to send my ID copy and an email hence I now sending this email

I am very concerned if my information can be changed and my profile be tempted with or entered into without my authorization question is how safe am I or how safe is my information?? What does the POPIA ACT say.????

Kindly investigate as to why that individual or individuals where on my profile asap...
