What GREAT service

I changed to Cell C some months ago. After battling with the call reception & dropping of calls since the start, I decided to terminate the contract. When I went into Cell C in the North Cape Mall in Kimberley, Aiden de Kock helped me with such great attitude that I decided to stay with Cell C. He then changed settings and did whatever was necessary to sort out my problem, which had been reported to their Call Centre - and do you believe the Call Centre bothered to follow up?<br> Now I have also decided to get the wireless internet router and once again Aiden's service was absolutely TOPS. Such a breath of fresh air in a city that prides itself on horrible service and ****py attitudes.<br> Well Done Aiden!!!!! Keep it up - someone will appreciate your attitude one day and you will go a long way in life.
