What even is CellC

This again.

It's been two years since my last review of this company. I sorted out the issue shortly after my last post. I finished the account and was informed that it was settled. Last time, the "debt" companies you sold my contract to (twice, may I add) called me so many times that I had to sort it out with you directly. You took my account back and admitted it was your mistake. I even received a call from a very professional higher-up from CellC, who informed me that a few people were let go and afterwards the work wasn't done correctly.

I haven't made an account since the last one. I was thrilled not to have to deal with CellC ever again... until about five minutes ago. My account has been handed over... but what account? I don't have an account. The last account I had, I paid more than in full because you couldn't tell me how much was outstanding. You'd tell me an amount, I'd pay it, and then the next month, suddenly, there was more. I'd pay it, but oh no, that last payment wasn't all of it.

When I finished the account, I talked to CellC, and they assured me everything was paid and the account was closed. So please, CellC, go listen to your recordings and then tell me: did you not inform me that the account was settled? Was I not told it was done?

Fix your mistakes, educate your staff, give me a free phone (for years of trauma), and then leave me alone.
