WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET A SIM SWAP DONE?

I have been trying to getthis sim swap done since this morning but i have failed. I made over 8 calls and each time i get a different response from the agents which is not helping me in any way. i Spoke to Milicent at around 10:55am and she assisted me with getting a self service pin buts thats as far as it went. Can someone please get this sim swap done. Its not my fault that you have faulty sim cards which just stop working and we, as customers, must make a ton of calls and waste vauable time speaking to agents that cannot help. I am not prepared to pay any sim swap fee, as this is not my problem that the card jus stopped working, at the time i reported it, the agent did say that there was a problem on cell c side with the old sim cards and if this sim swap card cannot be sorted out by today then i would like to cancel my contract!!!!
