What does it take to get a response from Cell C? Terrible Cellphone Provider!!!
I had a cell phone contract which I settled and requested for its closure in January 2020 however the Cell C account still reflects as active with an outstanding balance on my credit profile whereas the contract was fully paid and closed.
I have sent 3 query emails to Cell C to date , No one has bothered to respond or give clarity regarding this matter.
