What an absolute disgrace Cell C is

Below is my most recent review ... have had no correspondence from Cell C and have no service at all 22 hours a day ... costing me a fortune in terms of my business ... need this sorted NOW. I am disgusted with this company and their lack of concern.

9th April And I thought eventually Cell C was actually listening to my problems!!

Well, silly me ... and I actually thought Cell C was eventually going to respond to my urgent problems. After my previous review I eventually received a call from a Maropeng Motana who (after listening me for a change) actually assured me that he was going to get my problem sorted out for me. He even gave me his personal email address - ********** (not allowed here) - and on the 8th Feb I sent him a complete report as requested. To this date, despite numerous follow up emails to Maropeng, I have received NO response and I am still experiencing HUGE difficulties which are preventing me doing my work. I am absolutely appalled at the treatment by this company.
