What am I paying insurance for?
I put in a claim, waited almost 2 weeks for a response. I made the payment last week for the excess. Now you telling me I need to choose I phone that you want to offer. Now I get no responses since the payment was made and I told you which phone I would like. It's in the same price range.

04 May 2021, 14:44I just called you people and was told I qualify for a cheap ass phone. But my cover is for R7500!! How the hell. I am ****ed off as hell. The lady I spoke to , was not interested in what I had to say. have this resolved Immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!
