What a Useless Company!!!

Here we go again!!!

I am so over this company, I am currently in arrears with R2904.25 and just got a message stating that "Your Cell C service will be suspended with an adverse credit bureau listing. Call 084135 for a payment plan fot the R2904.25. If you have paid, please ignore."

Now I want to know HOW IN THE HELL am I supposed to call you?? My service has been suspended.

Also I did make a payment plan with you guys, but you have no record of this.

I would like to request a call back so that I can speak to someone about this issue.

I am very unhappy with the level of service I am receiving from Cell C.
