What a sham!

If I could, I would have given them no star, because they do not deserve anything - not my money and not my time.

My previous employer failed to pay my salary on the 25th of January which resulted in my Cell C debit order not going through. On Monday 28 January I sat with them until my salary was paid, after which I paid Cell C the total amount owed to have my account activated again, including the month in arrears. That same evening they went and deducted the current months amount again.

I have sent through the proof of payment twice already. This morning I received an SMS from them stating: Cell C Alert: Your payment arrangement due on the 09/02/2019 was not received. Make an immediate payment to prevent suspension; or contact 084140. For cash or EFT payments, please use the following ref no: ********** 26.

I have never made any arrangements to pay, since it is already paid in full.

If I do not have the R 1570.41 back in my account by Monday I WILL open a case of ***** and theft against Cell C.
