What a ****.

I was having a data contract with Cell C when I received a call saying that I qualify for an upgrade which I accepted. There was nothing changed regarding the data but I was going to get a free router and power bank. When I received my package I realized that the router is not working and that they send me a prepaid line instead of a contract line. I have called customer service but they could not help. So much disappointed I will never accept anything over the phone again. I am tired of calling cell c.
