What a nightmare

My cell c account was handed over to SSDA. I fully paid it off in October 2021 and to date i keep getting a run around from both Cell C and SSDA with regards to a paid up letter, i am still listed on ITC and do not know what do anymore. Maybe i should contact the Ombuds to help me resolve this issue
