What a joke , the worst service ever

The customer service is terrible from consultant level to Team leader. My issues is still not resolved and I would like to thank Themba ( Team leader) and his consultant Mbali went above and beyond their call of duty. Then on the other hand their retentions depardment has Ellon Govender he is a piece of *something . How do you leave someone like Ellon Govender to manage your business and Palesa is a business risk you need to get her off calls immediately if you do not want to loose more businesse because of her and the *********** Ellone Govender. Mpho Manganono hang up on me 3 times. Ateam of loosers , bunch of loosers. you could not cancel 1 silly contract .
