What a Joke Cell C are

I wrote a complaint on the 15th May about an iphone that was 3 weeks old and not working properly and about the disgraceful service received from the Hillcrest branch. There were 2 responses from Cell C about them not been able to get hold of me. Very strange as Moses Mo***eng called me and asked me to have the phone at the Watercest Center store by 1.30 on Friday as they were going to have it collected and sorted. He also made made verbal promises which I asked him to in an email. Promised to call me back on Sunday, did not happen, I emailed him on Monday, no response, emailed him again on Tuesday and eventually he called back, they have not even picked up the phone from the branch yet, again promises of calling me back yesterday to give me an update, and also promises to send the email of all we had discussed and as expected nothing. Emailed him again at 4.10 yesterday asking for a manager to call me and NOTHING. I am so tired of how there is no customer service, and as all calls are \recorded"would love to hear the excuses and cover up of this blatant disrespect for paying customers. I am going to the CPA today"
