WHAT A JOKE

<p>my review about CELL C from yesterday, THEY CAN ONLY MAKE PROMISES and want the worl to believe they follow up. this is a lie as untill now no one even try to contact me. i want the worl to know to take care. do not do business with Cell C as they do not care about satisfied customers. on HELLOPETER the are very quick to respond but this is only to let them look good!! they never even try to make contact as they promise!!</p> <p>BROKEN PROMISES</p> <p>i've posted a review on 12 October regarding Cell C, wich I felt is misleading adverti*****t and also poor customer service. they did respond this morning with a phone call and said that a consultant will contact me soon, which happend just like that. DIDI contact me, and after a long conversation she said that she will immediately send me all the packages available so that I can work through it and then she will contact me tomorrow again. it is 17;00 and still not received any mail from her. so how on earth will she contact me tomorrow and expect that I could have made discissions regarding the 4 contracts I want to take from another service provider to Cell C?</p> <p>also at first she was very uncertain about the different packages and according to her Cell C do not offer packages with data and a laptop, whereafter I explaind to her that I have 2 packages with this futures and it is for our compan, then all of a sudden she admit that they do have similar packages and that she will send me all the info via e-mail which I did not received as now.</p> <p>this is so BAD for customer satisfaction but I am sure that this do not make a difference for CELL C as they should have more than enough "satisfied" customers???<br />Share<br /><br /><br /></p>
