What a disappointment

This is more Cell C and the delivery company they use (courier it).

I app**** for phones, all went well , cell c was very good and helpful with that. However when i came to delivery my delivery address differs from home address. I was only told to have my proof of address and id.

So come delivery they didn't give phones as that is not my address and i didn't do an affidavit (i wasnt told to do anything) But the delivery guy was a rude arrogant guy, thing got ugly fast and alot of swearing.

If he gave me change to explain that i actually do have an proof of address for that place less than 3 month as i did stay there. But its not my new address. I asked him if i can quickly do a affidavit as pokice station 1 minute away. I understand they have to go but then he got sooo rude. I wanted to kay a complain but needed my waybill which cell c never gave me nor send to me. I called then holding almost 30min till airtime ran out.

So now either cell c gets a company that can deliver and let someone sign off on my behalf as i won't be available soon during the day or they can cancel everything.
