What a crock of .....
I took out my FIRST Cell-C contract in May 2014. In May 2015 my phone decided not to charge any more - the USB port apparently worn out. So i took the phone to Cell-C in Cape Gate who assisted me by sending the phone in to their repair office in Midrand. I received an sms confirming that they received it and that it queued for repairs (reference CLC***). A week later i received another sms from them informing me \Dear valued Cell C Customer. Your device is ready for collection. Reference CLC***. So
