Went on app this morning to redeem a 30min any net cell c
Went on app this morning to redeem a 30min any net cell c. Had 41 stickers. Was supposed to use up 13 stickers. I pressed confirm to redeem. System was slow and hanging. When it eventually did confirm, got 2 smss for 60 any net minutes and perks reduced to 2 stickers???? System malfunction. How can this be corrected.

21 Feb 2025, 07:52Please revert this morning as perk is only valid 3 days. I received 2 smss but have been credited 90 min. Which means it was triplicated. I only redeem 30 any net minutes at a time to last 3 days. I do not need 90 any net minutes cos I didn't ask for same. I was intending to use up by month end before perks expire. I do not want to be out of any net minutes now come 24th Feb.. Please rectify immediately.
