Well it begins in May when i opened a new contract as I already have one with CellC so end May R299 as I have the money in my account but it came that it was a late payment so what I did I paid the R70 for the late payment on the 3th June with the amount off R299 for the one contract.So early June i received my new contract as i have this conversation with the CellC agent what i did i ask for the 5gig for R59 and my new contract was R399 to my surprise they send me 3simcards so i thought it was part of the package. At the end of June the deduct R1063.28. For the new contract as i already paid my old contract. In August they deducted R945 so now iam getting upset so called in to my surprise it was also sim contracts so I told the lady I didn't ask for these contracts please canceled these contracts and why must i pay for stuff that I didn't ask for. These calls i made in July and in August till now the didn't come back to the only thing they said I have to pay for these contracts in August they didn't even deduct for my accounts. This morning the agent told me the have difficulties with there system so the couldn't deduct on the 30th August. Now i see i have a bill for end September R1550.80 for what us this money if they can't even help with the deduction of June and August.This is the reference number they give me ***
