Well done Cell C!

A huge thank you to Mpho at Cell C. I lodged a complaint via the Hello Peter website and when I was asked to give a rating, I have Cell C a bad rating. If I had waited just a few minutes more, your rating would have been 10 /10. Mpho contacted me today to apologise for the marketer who contacted us and did not confirm that I still had 3 months due on my handset before my contract fell due for renewal. Because of this, Cell C took this into account and credited the outstanding 2 months payment on the handset. Thank you so much, Cell C! Much appreciated.
