Well Done
After experiencing such PATHETIC SERVICE at The Grove mall (a store I will never set foot in again) with the manager (Asanda) I took the time to drive to another store further away (Olympus Village). I was assisted by Fikile who willingly offered to call the Call Centre and did so four times to inquire about the deal I was interested in. She was friendly and extremely professional and even though the store is much further from me; I would definitely return there. Well done Fikile; keep up the good work.
