Welkom Cell C making me pay for incomplete package

In November 2024 I signed up for contract deal with Cell C at the Welkom Goldfields mall branch for a R599 packaged of 2 cellphones, 2 smart watches and 2 airpods. Upon signing ,I received the cellphones only. and was told that I will receive the airpods and watches after Christmas. To this day, I am yet to receive the airpods and the smart watches. I am paying a full price whereas I did not receive the full package and nobody seems to care at the store. Your staff do not value your clients nor care about solving their problems, as long as they get paid. If I had known this is how you treat people, I would have never taken up the deal. I am treated this way because you undermine people, because I am certain you would never allow this to happen to certain classes. For all I know, the staff probably kept the items for themselves.
