Welcome Cell c

I seriously cannot wait for my contracts to end, i had a query with cell where i requested to be refunded February and i was not the amount was credited to my cell c account , i called again asking whats happening and i got a story and finally i was told i will be refunded R61.90 yesterday i received sms from the bank cell c refunded me R6.98 i called and asked whats happening Hloni told me the is no records chowing the amount and the query is closed, and told me people make mistake, how do you make mistake with one's money and with the query that being going on for this long , told me to go to nearest cell c store with my bank statement to show them the amount i got, i will not do that, i want this resolved before the end of today and difference paid into my account , i will not wait another 3 weeks.I am seriously tired with celll c
