Week after complaining still no results

So last week I complained and it got a quick response, for a moment I thought that Cell C actually cared but all in vain not only did the customer care make empty promises, but their wrong advice left me worse off than before my problem and over and above it led me to meeting the worst CellC employee I have ever met!!! So disgusted with Cell C!!! Seems they only care until you sign up with them and then you are left with zero support or service! I may as well be sending smoke signals.<br> <br> <br> Ps call centre: If i don't answer my phone first second dont just redail wait a minute and call again later or if signal cuts the line try again!!!!!! Dont just leave the complaint!!!!'
