Weakest Cellphone Service Provider

From needing to restart my phone to even be able to use the data I bought to having horrible connection while the power is out where I can't even phone the gate at my complex.

Cell c is overpriced compared to the weak service they deliver and the only good thing about cell c is the 30 day whatsapp bundel (when it decides to actually work for 30 days).

I would never recommend Cell C and I hope they improve upon their service so maybe one day they can actually be worth using.
