We need help Cell C is robbing us, ******* !!

The worst network ever. ******* !!!, I had 35 rand airtime and I wanted to buy data for 10 rand airtime for 1 hour/ GB. I kept buying not knowing they are deducting but not loading me up with data only to receive three 3GB for 1 hour 45 min later and got depleted in 15 min. after calling the call centre they said they will get back to me and still now it’s been 24 hours but no help.
