We are sorry our supervisors are all too busy!

Called Cell C To give notice that I will be cancelling my contract and was assisted by a rather annoyed lady and getting annoyed myself I asked to talk to her supervisor, not to complain about her service but to get my questions answered. They were all busy she said and said that they would call me back as soon as they are available. Its been 4 days and clearly they are still not available. Thanks guys now plesse call me back and explain to me how I can give you notice to cancel my contract and what the charge will be for having to use my contract for a portion of a month.
