Wating For Phone

I called the call centre beginning of Nov to upgrade my contract, was told it will take 3-7 working days for the phone to arrive. Almost a month gone and still no phone. I called 3 weeks back and was told they out of stock and should wait 2 more weeks. No problem, I waited. After those weeks, I called again and was told another week.<br> My frustration is the lack of communication (ironic since it's a communication company). They cannot even keep one updated via sms about problems regarding your application. I've called about 4 times and never received even 1 call back. Now they tell me my upgrade application was cancelled and I should re-apply.<br> Do I really want to put myself through that again? #wondering!
