wasted my time

i am very dissapointed in the poor service frm cell c upgrade dpt- i am due for an early upgrade and spoke to someone last wk thursday we sealed the deal for samsung galaxy s8 for R699 per month, i was promised delivery by today- Today i phoned spoke to two agents and i am bein told there is no application for an upgrade. i then went thru the whole process again and was told to get a call back in a few minutes for some reason- i waited 2 hrs i called back to my suprise nothing on my system - spoke to another agent again and she told me the fone i want is out of stock- wth. i would like a call back from a teamleader or manager as im clearly wasting my time with their *********** agents
