Waste Of Time Now Playing Your Rewards Programme
What was a great voucher rewards program initially, has sadly been reduced to insignificant and problematic vouchers. Tried on two separate occasions to redeem Fishaways vouchers. Wouldn't work online, wouldn't work in store, and the staff we at a complete loss. More recently I tried to redeem a Bootleggers voucher at their Regent Road store in Sea Point, and was told by the manager it cannot be redeemed in his shop and need to go to a 'large' Bootlegger. This is despite that fact that it specifically says 'At Any Store' ! Anyway, not much point in playing Cell C Rewards anymore. Additionally what happened to all the rewards voucher / perks for retail stores like Dischem, Checkers, Pick n Pay and such? Not encountered any of these for the past 3 months now.
