Waste of time as usual

<p>I went to your store today at The Grove Mall to get a new contract as I am on pre-paid. Did all the necessary and was approved. When I asked to keep my existing number they checked and saw that my card was RICA'd on a passport. I RICA'd that number at PEP Stores myself years ago. They said they cannot transfer the number. I work for a Telecoms company that services your towers and if my number changes, how are my contractors supposed to phone me?</p> <p> </p> <p>Pathetic! Let me know if you can't help and I will move to another provider.</p>
