Waste of time!!!!!!!
I had an account with cell. Both accounts were paid up n close HOWEVER today to my surprise I was made aware that cell c still shows to be active. I DON'T KNOW HOW SINCE THOSE ACCOUNTS WERE MEANT TO BE CLOSED IN THE YEAR 2016 & 2018. Ive app**** for a home loan n I need this ratified AS IN YESTERDAY. The Call center advised that a paid up letter takes up to 48hours, I DO NOT HAVE THAT MUCH TIME TO WAIT. I NEED BOTH PAID UP LETTERS NOW!!!!!!!!!
