I have never seen such incompetence in my life , last month i noticed i was running out of bundle on my account whilst i still had active minutes , data and sms. I called Cell C 's customer care and i was told i had a subscription on my account which charged me 88c 3 times in a day everyday , i was then promised and reassured that i will be unsubscribed within 48 hours but till today i am still being charged.<br> <br> I was given a reference *** of which i was assured i will be unsubscribed , i am beyond frustrated with this bad service i got from cell c , i wouldn't recommend it to anyone the service there sucks as the consultants are taught how to make false promises on recorded calls the worst part.<br> <br> I hope i get your attention somehow cause going the call centre route i know i wont get any assistance at all<br> <br>
